Dr. Euna Koo
Meet Dr. Euna (pronounced “yoo-nah”) Koo, and you’ll find her friendly, quirky smile will ease away anxiety or apprehension.  She understands that dental procedures are often intimidating and confusing if a patient has not been fully informed or educated. Her focus is on helping patients fully understand any diagnosis, and the applicable treatment options available.  Her goal is to not only provide gentle treatment with a caring touch, but also guide you through the process.

Dr. Koo’s commitment to her patients is best exemplified by her ongoing engagement with advanced dental studies at The Dawson Academy, The Pankey Institute, and Spear Education. The value and importance of this continual education becomes apparent when realizing that the technology and modalities in the field of dentistry are ever-changing and never ceasing.  Moreover, her expanding knowledge base compliments her primary objective — strategic planning for long-term dental health embraced with compassionate care.

Dr. Koo is originally from West Chester, Ohio and is a Lakota High School alumnus. She is a classically trained violist who performed internationally with the Starling Chamber Orchestra in her youth, and completed her Bachelor of Music in Music Cognition as a C.V. Starr Scholar at the Northwestern University School of Music in Evanston, IL. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry (2007), and University of Florida (2008) where she completed her residency in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program.  During the program, Dr. Koo trained in implant placement and restoration, oral surgery, periodontal surgery, endodontic therapy, and sequencing of complex cases.

Euna counts her marriage to her wonderful husband, Sam, and precious daughter, Sydney, as two of her greatest blessings.
